Weekly Meeting
One day every week is allocated for parents to meet the class teacher of their child and discuss his/her progress in academics as well as co-curricular activities. No prior appointment is required for this meeting.
End of Term Meeting
At the end of each term parents are invited to attend a parent-teacher conference to discuss their child’s progress and to receive feedback about homework and class tests.
School Diary
Teachers communicate with the parents through the school diary. Parents, however, are discouraged to use the school diary to communicate with the teacher and should send in written applications to the school office or see the class/subject teacher on the assigned day of the week.
Newsletter
At the end of each term, the School produces a newsletter which is distributed to all parents. This newsletter is also available for download on the school website.
Functions
Parents are invited to attend a number of school events during the year which include presentations by different classes, sports gala, spring carnival, annual prize distribution ceremony, naat & Qirat competition etc.
